Allshapes Cushions Ltd : Feather Cushion Warranty.

Our feather fillings are warranted for a period of 2 years against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or assembly of the product.

If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present an invoice as documentation of your purchase.

Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace only parts that are deemed unusable.

The period of warranty starts from the date of delivery.

The warranty will not apply if :

1. The product has been used other than for it's specified uses.
2. The product has not been properly stored.
3. Repairs or alteration have been carried out without our approval.
4. Notice of defects have not been given within the specified period above.
5. The product has been destroyed.
6. The product has suffered malicious damage.
7. The product had been washed, or has had a liquid spilt on it.
8. This warranty is provided to original purchaser only and not transferable.
